RULES AND REGULATIONS
  1. Exhibitors must be 4-H members in Calloway County.  Membership records will be checked.

  2. All exhibits must be of work done during 2007-2008 project year.

  3. Fair Management, 4-H Council, or others connected with the fair will not be responsible in case of accident or loss.

  4. Entries will be received from 2:30 p.m. on to 5:30 p.m., Monday, June 2nd.  Produce will not be returned to exhibitor.

  5. Entries must be checked out between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., Saturday, June 7th.

  6. Judging will begin on Tuesday, June 3rd.  Exhibit hall will be cleared before judging will begin.

  7. Decisions of judges will be final.

  8. Only 1 entry in each class permitted.

  9. All entries will be judged on the Danish System. Each entry will receive a blue, red, or white ribbon.  Ribbon premiums will be determined according to X value.

  10. Class champions will be named & ribbons awarded.  No premiums will be paid for the champion.

  11. Anyone who removes their exhibits from the 4-H area before or after Saturday, June 7th at 4:00 p.m. will forfeit their fair check.
