4-H and FFA BEEF CATTLE SHOW

RULES:
- Show will be one (1) day duration Saturday, June 7, 2008 Registered and Commercial Beef Cattle Show.
- Animals should be on grounds by 8:00 a.m. and judging will start at 9:00 a.m. Weigh-in begins at 8:00 a.m.
- Place: Market/Show Barn, Murray-Calloway County Fairgrounds.
- Exhibitors shall present health certificates upon entry of animals.
- Heifer classes and steer classes are included. No bull classes
- Registration papers of animals must be presented to the entry clerk before show.
- The show committee reserves the right to make any change deemed necessary. All announcements the day of the show take precedence over all previous announcements.
- Premiums offered for the Show - $200.
- Entry fee - $3.00 per animal.
- Facilities to keep animals overnight are available with prior notification. Ask for Ginny Harper (270)753-1456.
- Classes will be judged by age; classes will be combined if numbers warrant.
*Prize money will be awarded for the Grand Champion if 15 head or more are exhibited.

- Sr. Calf, born Sept. 1, 2007 thru Dec. 31, 2007.
- Summer Yearling born May 1, 2007 thru Aug. 31, 2007.
- Jr. Yearling, born Jan. 1, 2007 thru April 30, 2007.
- Sr. Yearling, born Sept. 1, 2006 thru Dec. 31, 2006.
- Heifer Champion (no money)
- Cow Class (any age)
- Cow-Calf Pair (Cow at any age with nursing calf at side)
- Grand Champion Breeding Stock
- Steer Classes divided by weight (light, medium, and heavy)
- Grand Champion Steer
- Showmanship Junior
- Showmanship Senior
