Ugly Lamp Contest

  1. Anyone may participate
  2. Entries will be taken between 3 pm and 4 pm on Saturday June 7th.
  3. Entries need to be picked up between 9 pm and 10 pm on Saturday June 7th.
  4. Voting will be accepted by coin/cash donations.  Each participant is asked to provide their own money jar for the contest.
  5. The winning lamp owners (one from each category) will receive half of their donations plus a $25 gift certificate from Lulu’s or a gift certificate from another sponsor (TBA).  Others will receive a percentage of their donations.  The remainder of the donations will go towards the 4-H Camp Scholarships.
  6. In the event of a cash tie, a pre-selected judging panel will make the final decision.
  7. Judging Criteria:
    1. Lamps may be entered in one of two theme categories—“Born Ugly” and “Made Ugly”
    2. There are to be no lude or obscene entries (they will automatically be disqualified).
