1. All exhibits must be entered from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, June 15th. Judging will occur that afternoon.
2. No entries will be accepted after judging starts.
3. Exhibits are to be picked up from 11:00 a.m.. to 1:00 p.m., Monday, June 21st. Any exhibit removed before this time will forfeit premium money.
4. The Management will endeavor to care for and preserve all exhibits, but is in no way responsible for the exhibits. No farm product will be protected after 1:00 p.m., June 21, 2010. Present your card to reclaim your entry.
5. The Management reserves the right to disqualify any exhibit not suitable in quality, or brought from the market. All exhibits must have been produced by the exhibitors.
6. Judging will be done on the basis of quality, and the decision of the judges will be final.
7. No more than 2 entries may be made in the same class.
