GENERAL RULES AND CLASSES:

1. Show is open to purebred and commercial goats.
2. The show is open to all youth in the surrounding areas.
3. All entries must conform to the health regulations governing the exhibition of livestock in Kentucky.
4. Any breed of goat maybe shown.
5. Entry fee is $2 in advance and $3 day of show.
6. Horned goats will be allowed except for market goats of youth under nine.
7. All animals must have current health papers.
8. Limit of 6 animals per showman.
9. A maximum of $800 will be spent on the goat show. No premium money will be paid for Showmanship. A maximum of $400 will be awarded in the Market Goat classes by the Danish system. Divisions C, D, E and F will pay: 1st-$11.00, 2nd- $9.00, 3rd- $7.00, 4th- $5.00 AND 5th -$3.00.

1. Showmanship Classes (Ribbons only- no premiums or entry fees)
   1. Junior 9-13 years of age
   2. Senior 14-19 years of age
   3. Cloverbud under 9 years of age
   4. Calloway County Exhibitors only
2. Market Goats
   1. Light Weight
   2. Medium Weight
   3. Heavy Weight
   4. Grand and Reserve Champion (Grand $50 and Reserve $25)
      Classes may be sub-divided if classes exceed 8 per class.
3. Dairy Goats
   1. Junior Does born in 2007
   2. Junior Yearling Does (born July 1- 2007 to December 31, 2007)
   3. Senior Yearling Does (born Jan.1- 2007 to  June 30, 2007)
   4. Two-year old Does (born Jan.1, 2006- December 31, 2006)
   5. Aged Does Born 2005 or before
   6. Grand & Reserve Champion Dairy Goat Doe ($25 for Grand and $15 for Reserve)
4. Meat Goats
   1. Junior Does born in 2007
   2. Junior Yearling Does (born July 1- 2007 to December 31, 2007)
   3. Senior Yearling Does (born Jan.1- 2007 t0 June 30, 2007)
   4. Two-year old Does (born Jan.1, 2006- December 31, 2006)
   5. Aged Does Born 2005 or before
   6. Grand & Reserve Champion Meat Goat Doe ($25 for Grand and $15 for Reserve)
5. Pigmy Goats (do not fit in Meat, Market or Dairy Classes)
6. Costume Class

All participants and family members will pay the two dollar entry fee to enter the fairgrounds.

Judge's decisions final and show bill subject to change by show committee decision.
